On this episode, Jo’s arrested once again, but the stakes have never been higher. He and his posse make their way to Springfield, IL to determine whether or not a newly issued writ of Habeas Corpus should be honored at the federal level, or if Jo as accessory to murder in Missouri was a state issue to be handled at the Missouri level.
